Connect & Plan:

We start our process with a conversation, and there’ll be many more to come. We begin to learn about your finance and accounting department and the corresponding pain points through in-depth questions. By genuinely listening to your needs and issues, we can better prepare unique, turnkey solutions or proposals for the organization.

Discover, Assess, & Benchmark:

We then discuss and prepare for our upcoming 90-day business current-state assessment period. We dive deeper into your systems, processes, data, organizational structure, chart of accounts, and workload. We also look at company culture, strategic leadership, and vision. We gather data, ask questions, learn about your environment, and benchmark to industry standards and best practices. We will enter an official partnership, committing to serving the organization to manage growth and thrive. We also identify roadblocks or deterrents to meeting strategic goals and objectives. The connection and conversations continue as we set the stage for a collaboration that fits uniquely to your business needs. We call this phase of our process the roadmapping period.

Ellevate Solutions Roadmap:

We lay out a customized roadmap for the vision of the ideal state with specific action plans in order of priority so you can move forward and be in the flow. This is a tangible asset delivered and presented to the strategic leadership team to help steer the direction and health of the finance organization as it relates to its data, systems, processes, and resource alignment.

Onboard, Integrate, & Optimize:

Once the roadmap is delivered, we strategize with you and your leadership team on how and when to proceed forward. From there, we help you and your team execute the vision and goals while also considering change management. We assist in evaluating resource alignment and support so that all work occurs at the appropriate levels with minimized risk and optimized capacity and utilization.

Measure & Maintain:

Once the vision is executed and integrated, we will assess what metrics to use for measurement, monitoring, visibility, insight, and quality control. We will help you determine the right level of support, internally and externally, in a way that uniquely fits you and your organization.
